Review process

Step 1

Authors can submit their papers to the conference before the submission deadline.

Step 2

Once registered, papers are checked in terms of compliance with the conference topics, format requirements and level of similarity (Plagiarism Detector software – accepted max. 20%).

A higher plagiarism percentage automatically leads to immediate rejection.

Step 3

Authors receive the confirmation within 2 days from paper submission.

Step 4

Eligible manuscripts are submitted to double blind peer review process by the members of the Editorial Board (min. 2 reviews) and the result are communicated to authors until 15 May 2026. Papers are anonymized and assigned to reviewers by the program chair ensuring the compliance with the Ethics and Malpractice Statement related to Conflicts of interest.

The double blind peer review process is developed based on these guidelines, following the review grid.

Step 5

Authors of accepted papers have 7 days for revising (if needed) and resubmitting them in the final version.
