Step 1

Authors can submit their papers to the conference before the submission deadline.

Step 2

Once registered, papers are checked in terms of compliance with the conference topics, format requirements and level of similarity (Plagiarism Detector software – accepted max. 20%).

Authors receive the confirmation within 2 days from paper submission.

Step 4

Eligible manuscripts are submitted to double blind peer review process by the members of the Editorial Board (min. 2 reviews) and the result are communicated to authors until 30 April 2026. Papers are anonymized and assigned to reviewers by the program chair  ensuring the compliance with the Ethics and Malpractice Statement related to Conflicts of interest. Criteria followed in the double blind peer review process refer to:

• coherence between the title and the content of the paper;
• originality/novelty and significance;
• reference to previous studies;
• methodological rigor;
• quality of results;
• paper clarity and organization.

Authors of accepted papers have 7 days for revising (if needed) and resubmitting them in the final version.
