Personal data will be collected and processed by www.conference.ase.ro only to the extent permitted by Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

Terms within the meaning of Law 677/2001:

– personal data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity;

– processing of personal data – any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data, by automatic or non-automatic means, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, disclosure to third parties by transmission, dissemination or in any way, alignment, combination, blocking, erasure or destruction.

The purpose of data collection is: to inform users / customers (Buyers) regarding the evolution, status and delivery of orders, statistics, tracking and monitoring of sales and consumer behavior.

Providing the requested data is necessary for the validation of the submitted order, the delivery of the ordered products and the issuance of the invoice. Your refusal will make it impossible to deliver the order.

At the express request of the buyer, the seller will ensure the right of access, the right of intervention, the right of opposition, the right of rectification or the right of deletion of data, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 677/2001. To exercise these rights, the buyer will send the seller using the email address, a request drawn up in writing, dated and signed, in which he will specify the request in detail.


Personal data may, however, be transmitted to the authorities entitled to verify commercial transactions or other legal verifications, if this is requested in accordance with the laws in force.

Any disagreements arising between the parties regarding the development, execution or interpretation of this contract will be resolved amicably, otherwise the jurisdiction to resolve them belongs to the courts.

The terms and conditions presented comply with the legislation in force: Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce, Law 51/2003 for the approval of Government Decree 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals as well as for the amendment and completion of certain acts, Law no. 296 of June 28, 2004, republished and updated, on the consumer code supplemented with the Romanian legislation in force on consumer protection, and in particular Law no. 449 of November 12, 2003 (republished and updated) on the sale of products and the guarantees associated with them, Law no. 193 of November 6, 2000 (*republished*) on unfair clauses in contracts concluded between traders and consumers.

The provisions regarding the purchase of products are also applicable to legal entities, except that the legal entity has the right to return the product only for non-conformities found on the date of receipt of the goods.

If any of the above clauses is found null or invalid, regardless of the cause, this clause will not affect the validity of the other clauses. With the launch of the order, the customer accepts without objection the conditions and terms of use, their value being the same as a validly concluded contract.
