GENERAL INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS
Full paper submission
Please submit your contribution as a full paper of minimum 6 and maximum 8 pages, written in English. Abstracts are not accepted. Authors must ensure that proper English is used in their manuscript. Submissions must be made via our online form.
Papers should follow the Author Guidelines provided below and be in conformity with the template provided here: Full Paper Template. All submitted papers will be evaluated based on their quality and relevance through a double-blind peer review.
IMPORTANT:
An author may submit a maximum of 2 papers.
No more than 4 authors are accepted for one paper.
Presentation of accepted papers
Accepted papers must be presented during the conference. All the presentations will be made in English. At least one author per paper must register as conference participant in order for the paper to be included in the Conference proceedings. The conference participation fee must be paid in accordance with the information available in the Deadlines and Fees section of the conference website. The presenting author may opt for oral or poster presentation on site (attending participants), or for online presentation (non-attending participants). The conference organizers will publish the Conference Program at least 7 days before the conference on the website. Papers will be grouped into thematic sessions.
Ethics and Malpraxis statement
All papers submitted to the conference must be original works and must not have been previously presented or submitted to other journals or conferences. Our conference is consistent with the principles governing the intellectual property rights, discouraging any attempt of plagiarism, regardless of its forms – involuntary, self-plagiarism, voluntary misappropriation of other people’s ideas etc. Authors must take appropriate measures to avoid any of these situations regardless of their nature and gravity.
The conference committee is checking all the articles with the help of a specialized anti-plagiarism software. To ensure the accuracy of the results the references, the title and authors name are excluded from this process. The conference committee reserves the right to reject any manuscripts and to refuse new submissions from authors who have committed plagiarism.
AUTHOR GUIDELINES
Please use the Full Paper Template. Compliance with the requirements of the template is mandatory. All submissions must be in Word with the extension “.docx”. The length of the article cannot exceed 8 pages.
Paper Title
The title should describe clearly and accurately the content of the article. It is crucial that the title includes keywords that readers are likely to use when searching for articles online.
Abstract
The abstract must include sufficient information for readers to judge the nature and significance of the topic. It should summarize the objectives of the article, methodology, results and conclusions. In order to increase the visibility of the article, the abstract should reiterate key words and phrases while avoiding unnecessary repetition.
The abstract should have the following structure:
– Purpose/objectives
– Design/methodology
– Findings
– Originality/value
– Possible practical implications
Keywords
Four to seven keywords (words or expressions) that capture the essence of your paper should be listed in decreasing order of importance, ensuring consistency with the title and the abstract of the article.
Introduction
The introduction familiarizes the reader with the context and the organization of the paper. It must reflect, briefly, current research in the field and the approach presented in the article.
Paper Body
The structure of the paper should be clear and well emphasized by titles and subtitles placed in a logical sequence, according to the writing methodology of the scientific papers. All subtitles will be numbered except for the Introduction and the Conclusions. To allow the readers to understand better the work of the authors, the following structure of the paper is recommended: Review of the scientific literature, Research methodology, Results and discussion.
Conclusions
A conclusion section is required. Conclusions should provide a synthesis of the main contributions of the paper, discuss the importance of the work, and suggest possible limits and extensions of the research.
References
In the references list, at least 50% of the bibliographic sources must be from indexed publications Web of Science.
