Daniela Rupo, PhD, is Associate Professor in Accounting and Business Administration at the Department of Economics of the University of Messina (Italy). She has been involved in several national and international projects related to her main research interests: Corporate Social Responsibility, Intellectual Capital, Integrated and Sustainability Reporting, Accounting in the Public Sector, Business valuation. She is author/editor of 5 scientific volumes and about 70 articles and book chapters, published on prestigious national and international journals and series of studies.
Șerban Toader is an Independent Chartered Accountant, Financial Auditor, and Consultant. He has an Executive MBA from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, Paris. Between 2007 – 2018, Șerban Toader has been the Senior Partner (CEO equivalent) at KPMG in Romania and Moldova. He also contributed to policymaking at the regional level through his membership of the Board of KPMG Central and Eastern Europe. Șerban is member of The Academic Advisory Council of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. Over the time he acted in a non-executive capacity in United Way Romania (Chairman of the Board 2016 - 2018), Foreign Investment Council Romania (Vice President 2010 - 2012), Aspen Institute Romania.
